In my opinion too many people go to personal trainers to improve their fitness but don’t move well . And here’s the problem with that – you don’t often get injured immediately it takes years and many PT’s know you won’t be with them that long so they don’t really care.
I want to set you up to move well for life, not for the short term but the long term. Whatever the media tells us – life isn’t about being skinny or having a six pack, it’s about being able to enjoy yourself and have confidence in your body. I have clients in there sixties able to do pull-ups and press-ups (properly) and move with grace & ease that makes most twenty year olds look terrible. If you truly want to make an improvement then learn to move well, the rest will follow!
