Personal training, what can it do for you?

If you want variety, fun, motivation and supervision to make sure you are exercising correctly then a personal trainer is a must. Its been shown time and time again that people with personal trainers do better. Its a fact that atheletes rarely, if ever, train themselves.

A personal trainer is your own specialist fitness coach, able to monitor, record, prescribe and progress a sensible fitness regime to help you achieve what you want.

Typically this will include:

  • Increase in fitness (both muscular and aerobic)
  • Reduction in body fat
  • Decrease or increase in weight depending on the needs of the client
  • Effective training to acheive long term goals eg. wanting to run a marathon
  • An increase in mobility
  • A feeling of general well being and happiness
